DELIVERY
Your order will be manufactured within 5 business days of receipt and dispatched by Australian Post parcel or express post depending on your selected delivery method. Please refer to Australian Post delivery speeds and coverage available by clicking HERE.

GOODS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged or lost in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You may need to return the damaged product which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage/damage.

METHOD OF REFUNDS
We will refund to your credit card you made the purchase with or my direct deposit or by cheque.

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund. All we ask is that you print and fill in this Returns Form, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging to.
